The apartment office said they eould give to the *** driver to return. *** just delivered it and left it at my apartment that nobody was living in. The Dooney and ***** website let me use my PO box as a delivery address. I ordered a bag at Christmas and put My P.O.Box as a shipping address since I was moving. Seems very distasteful that a company can do this with the customer not having any other option. According to the representative, I don't have an opportunity to dispute this now as the tracking number is too old. I expressed I will not pay for an item I have not received. I was told I could either pay the amount of the purse or I will have an open balance with Dooney. I expressed- 1) I didn't realize I didn't have this purse and 2) what exactly would I say, umm I would like to know the status of a purse I haven't received but you haven't billed me for?I did escalate the call, and was informed that there was in fact a billing issue at that time. He asked why didn't I notice the charge had not gone thru. I explained that being that I had ordered several purses it's possible I forgot I ordered this particular one. I explained that I didn't understand how my card could be invalid as I had made purchases after said purchase.He mentioned that D&B attempted to charge my card in 2022 and that's supposedly when it was invalid.I expressed that I had not received the specific purse he mentioned and he asked why I had not called on it. He then mentioned I had purchased a few purses after the one in question and those orders did go thru. He then proceeded to describe the purse in question, I explained I hadn't received that particular one.

I asked him if he could go thru my orders with me because there were several and I hadn't realized this error. In August of '22 I received an email indicating I haven't paid for a purse that was ordered in January of '21 from Dooney & Bourke.I called D&B and spoke with a gentleman who indicated I made the purchase in Jan '21 but the charge was not able to go thru as my card was invalid. This experience was so bad that I will never buy another product from this company.In Dec 2020-Feb 2021 I was stocking up on purses & making several purchases from ************************** Love Dooney.
